喷砂房是我公司在蜂窝地板技术的基础上，自行开发、设计的环保型蜂窝式喷砂（丸）房，可按客户的产品特性、喷砂要求等设计制作。蜂窝地板喷砂房是利用风机的风力为动力，将磨料通过回料管道吸送到旋风分离器中进行分离，最后进入喷砂系统循环利用。

具有以下优点：

1、省去了常规喷砂房砂料输送煤循环系统的螺旋输送机，斗式提升机以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，节约了地基施工费用，大大节约了工程成本；

2、磨料回收率高，便于清换磨料；

3、主要电气元件均采用进口产品，具有性能稳定，安全可靠，使用寿命长，维护简单；

4、喷砂房室体内有高清晰的能见度，室体自然补风，节约能源消耗；

5、本机采用双级除尘，第一级采用旋风分离器，第二级用滤芯式除尘系统，其总除尘效率可达99.99%以上；

6、在喷砂房正面房顶上部，配有“声光报警系统”，在喷砂房内，配有急停呼叫按钮；

7、各系统电控采用互锁控制，当其中一系统出现故障时，相关系统均停止工作，喷枪停止喷射；

8、房体采用建筑装饰设计，外观简洁、美观、规范，降噪效果好，且安装便捷。
