STR-NKP-1型管道内壁喷涂器 Spraying machine for piping inner wall
◆适用范围 Applicable scope
适用于小孔及中型管道的内壁涂装，它是利用无气喷涂机输送来的高压涂料，通过特制的喷嘴，使涂料雾化后直接形成喇叭形（园锥形、空心），均匀地喷在管道内表面，从而实现管道的涂装。 NKP-1型主要适用于Ф50-Ф300mm的管道，涂料粘度不得高于80秒（4号福特杯）。如果涂料粘度高于80秒，需加溶剂稀释。NKP-1型基本上不受管道长度限制，但最好不长于15米。
